If you have to talked out of one, you don't (shouldn't) have one.

By far my favorite caliber...very efficient, extremely accurate and surprisingly hard hitting. Inside 400yds there might not be a better varmint cartridge. To add icing to the cake, Lapua 221 brass is set to hit the market within the next couple of months. I'll never be without another vartarg till they put my 8 feet under.

I wouldn't be a nice guy if I talked you out of one. Every gun guy should have one!

do I understand that we will soon have 4 choices for 221 FB brass? I was aware or Remington and currently available Nosler and Norma though Lapua is news to me.

Yep --- supposed to be available later this month or sometime in May. Btw...i'm 99.9% sure that the 221 Nosler brass is made by Norma...so those are one in the same (I guess Nosler tweaks them some and adds roughly $20 a 100 for their services and unique headstamp). For what its worth I have had good results from unsorted Rem 221 brass just necked down with necks chamfered.
