Running a 6PPC and a 20BR I would recommend you build on the BR case as it has more capacity and its not a dedicated bolt diameter so easier to source doner rifles.

But if you must then build it around the Sierra 39gr Blitz King.

Go ahead and build it

I built one on a Sako L461 5 years ago
I shoot 40 gr V-Max at 4100 fps
I found the V-Max to be every bit as accurate as the Sierra and a lot cheaper.
I think once you have a PPC based cartridge you will always have one
I also have a 20 VT

Having built several for customers and two for myself, I'm sure you will be pleased with a 20 PPC. Outstanding accuracy with very high velocity.

Default two

I think you should build 2, first a heavy bench gun and second a repeater for a carry gun. Stay with the 237 nk chamber and utilize the 220 Russian Lapua brass for a no neck turn case. I chose 1-9 barrels for mine and shoot the 39-40's at 4k. It will flat dump a feral pig on its arse at 300yds. I've only shot a couple coyotes with mine but it's impressive. I will also say it's very easy to load for and probably one of the most accurate rounds I shoot. I do a minimal break in on my rifles, usually 10 rounds and right out of the gate it shot under .75, that's basically 5 cold bore shots. You need to build 2.

Great round, expensive but great brass, inherently accurate. But a 20P or 20Tac will be almost identical and the same game won't complain they were shot with a different round. The application and hunting scenarios would determine my choice on cartridge. The 223 brass is dirt cheap and plentiful where the 220R isn't. If done correctly the 308 bf with Sako will pull 220R cases, keep that in mind when choosing the action. Just my $0.02.

I shot a Rem 700 with a .473 BF chambered in 6PPC for 2 years and never had a failure to pull a case.
