Default Political: NRA Day Of Giving

Advanced apologies to anyone who this may offend. If it's seen as not something to post here, I understand if Jim or one of the mods pull it down.

Maybe all here are aware, but if you're not, today has been designated as a day to "Money Bomb"/donate to the NRA in mass fashion to offset the very anti-gun "March for our Lives" events to be held nation-wide today.

Instead of arguing that "Wayne LaPierre makes too much money", and "All they do with my donation is send me stuff in the mail" as a reason to not support the only true political organization that gun owners have going for us, please give what you can. Even if its only a few dollars.

For most of my adult life, I've been an Endowment Member of the NRA. I don't always agree with everything they do or positions that they take, but I am convinced that they are our only hope to save the 2A in a very critical time in our lives and in the lives of our children and grand children, and others to come even later.

I usually wait for the Friends of NRA banquet, but this is special. Thank you for posting.

Thanks Hal.

Will do payday, can't do it mid month.

For 8-9yrs of oblama I sent $50 a month for:
"oblama's gun wars"
%NRA

Is how I addressed the envelopes. Never heard a word back and
had to argue with someone to get a new cap even. I've been a LM
for over 30 years.

Years ago I put a stop to the constant mailings by asking them to stop
sending all those requests. They did.

Strange thing, when I was sick, one of "my friends" wrote NRA to tell them
I'd died. So they stopped my magazine's and insurance coverage etc.
I've wondered who did that since, still don't know. But, soon as I found out,
and let them know I was still around and still bitching, they got things fixed.

We all know, if not for the NRA, we'd be without our guns by now, at least legally.

Tried to donate today by PayPal, not accepted. After filling in details for debit card 3 times! Finally gone through.

Think the NRA have fallen out with me...not had my magazine of choice for long time now.
Cheers,Ken.
