ray, I believe Jim in Northern Nevada has both, and I think he really likes both. I have a 17AH and really enjoy it for hi-volume Sage Rat shooting. Its only drawback to me is the 17AH loses a lot of "aerial displays" with the 20gr V-Max past 200 yds. Even the 20 Mink does a better job at even 300 yds with the 32 gr V-Max. The 20AH would be a better choice to me...not quite as good as the 20 Mink though...LOL! Just my $.02 worth. 410gauge

Dave, I forgot about Jim( a squirrel killing machine). I'm a BIG fan of the 17 but the aerial displays of the 20 Ack are more dramatic and would be my choice if I had to pick between them. Totally agree on the 20 Mink. My problem is I never seen a small caliber I didn't like.

That’s funny Ray!!! True!!! And funny LOL Like I’ve always said I like them all I just like some better than others... Depending on what day it is.

I think a guy needs to have at least one of each!

Don’t get me wrong I’m a 20 caliber fan… But there’s something to be said for the 19 caliber to

i’m not for sure on the 20AH and the the 17AH… But there could be a little difference in wind drift? Or at least I noticed a difference between the 17 HMR and the 5mm mag.

So just dropped it off to CPC he said he is pretty backed up but will get to it bye the end of March. I showed him a few targets and left it in his hands to do what he thinks will improve my situation. I also mentioned that if he feels the barrel is less than acceptable I’m willing to rebarrel it cause I like the gun. So just wanted to say thank you for all your thoughts and suggestions.
