Doug I talked to Eddie tonight, his computer died. He's getting a new one tomorrow. He send them once he's up and running.

Thumbs up The photo evidence has showed guys, it's for real!!!!

Here's Doc. Ed and his good hunting partner Dave in the green shirt. Great looking cow and from the look of all the grass it sure oughta be tasty!! I'm a bit surprised though that as thirsty as the gal looks what with her tongue all hanging out an all that you guys didn't offer her one a them brewski's .

Thanks Doug. Ray was down on Friday. He had to settle for a pint of oysters instead. Getting the meat aged and ready to be wrapped for the freezer.

Much as I like elk meat I think that pint of oysters'd tip me over instead of steaks too! I made a big go of oyster stew on Christmas eve myself, Yum-Yum !
