The J4 jackets are the lynch pin of this problem.

It's been that way for well over a year, maybe going on two+ years. I didn't carve a date on the wall in my commode down country, so I cant nail it down specifically. My wife doesn't like me carving on the walls here at home so that's not an option....

We have not had any issue getting the J4 jackets. We simply order them direct from Berger.
