I'm considering buying .222 Rem Starline brass
Any experience with Startine brass? Quality & longevity.

The .50 Alaskan & .45/70 Starline brass I have seen looked and worked just fine - my bro bought some.
As to weight and thickness standards, I do not know.

I have used a bunch of Starline brass in 357 and 45 Colt, but haven't tried any of their rifle brass yet.

I found the Starline M1 Carbine brass to be the most uniform of the 4 brands that I tried. Hope it turns out good for my Spitfire because I have a good bit of it now.

Bought 200rds for 223. Haven't been to impressed. Both boxes were short 2 cases pre box. Had 3 others that I pitched because they had damage to the necks. After first fire had 3 more that split their necks. To me that's not very good. Don't believe I'll be buying any more.

I have used their brass for 12-14 years now in both rifle and handgun. They also make brass for other companies. Good chance if it doesn't say RP, WW, FC, or LC on it, might really be Starline.
