EndoSnake ?

Got to looking around for a borescope that would go down a 17 cal bbl, and ran across the EndoSnake....they say it's 3.9mm diameter which translates to .152 inches, and should work in a .172 bbl....just wondering if anyone has any experience with these things. At about 50 bucks, it seems to good to be true, but with the technology today, maybe it's ok?

I bought one, and it serves a purpose. The image quality is not great, but I can see what I need to see. Supposedly you can focus it somehow, but I have not figured it out yet. I have read reviews where the image is clear. For the money I feel it's worth it.

Any chance you ran it down a 17 bbl? Just want to make sure it wll work in a 17?

I pulled up their website and it looks good, but since I don't have a smart phone, can this be used on a standard tablet or PC ?
Looks like it may work with a tablet, but not sure. Maybe I should just ask the company..

Yes. ran it down a .17 barrel. I should be able to save a vid to my phone and send in a text.

Thanks Morepower, I did email the manufacturer Saturday asking all the questions, but had a second thought that probably someone here on the forum already had one and would know.

Someplace I ran across a video where if you bought two or more, you got them for 39.99 each...still trying to locate that vid.
