Gents, I am pushing 80 and it is time to start clearing out a few of my firearms that I do not use very often.

Tikka T-3 Lite, 223 Rem, stainless/synthetic, 1-8 twist.
Excellent condition.

Stock does NOT have any rubs or marks.
Barrel and Action do NOT have any marks

It is an excellent shooter, most 5 shot groups are 1/2" center to center, not picky about powder or bullets, although I have primarily used 40 gr NBT and VV-133.
I purchased this new a couple of years ago and it has only had 200 rounds through it, never more than a 5-shot group before cooling.
Complete with factory box and all literature.

It is wearing a matte black Redfield Revolution 4-12x40mm scope with Duplex Crosshair, which was purchased new, it is mounted in Tikka rings with upgraded screws - Excellent condition, no marks or dings.
