Thought maybe someone here has tried one of them... kind of surprising… I think some of these rounds would be really awesome!

Saw your post & tried to find info on the web to no avail. Can you tell us where to find out about these "Classic" rounds.

Joe,
I post here also, Gary has probably read my threads about my .204 Wasp.

Gary,
The link in the first reply in this thread has all the reamer prints for the Classic series. I read a thread on one of the forums recently about a .20 Classic build. If I can find it I'll post a link to it.

Gary,

HotRodAl on Specialty Pistols forum has a .20 Classic TC barrel. You might be able to get some info from him.

Thanks guys, I was actually just wanting to read about some of the actually Kindler classics.. for some reason I figured there would have been more interest in them. When/if I get my TCR barrel stubbed I am thinking the 6mm for sure, maybe a 22 and possibly a 20. I have all the SCN mags and of course Todd did some nice write ups on them. I have this real nice bag of brass sitting here for uh mmm maybe 5-6- or more years just saying do me - do me…. Maybe I’ll top one of and snap a picture to post sometime…

Anyone with a break open and has never considered this one really should… some don’t like the brass forming but it shouldn’t be any harder or easier to do than what I do with the 357 max which is really a piece of cake taking it down to 17 with form dies…

Nothing like getting right on a project. The 6mm Classic brass I got from ML needs to get used. Decided I’ll probably do it on a contender barrel since I never did get a tcr barrel stubbed.

Thinking a 6mm would maybe make a nice grandkid’s first deer rifle (no grandkids in sight just coming up with a good excuse for the Mrs. lol)

But the 1/4 bore sounds a little fun as does a 224, 204 & 177.

Any of you have an opinion on what you think would bee a good diameter to go with the classic case? I’ll be pulling out my SCN looking for articles and info.

Then there are the dies to factor in??? Which maybe I should consider something else about the classic length and able to use a more standard die set???

The classic prints

I've got a 6mm-30x30AI reamer I'm gonna use to make a couple contender barrels. It should be pretty sweet in a contender.
