Default Jacket Cutter

Is there a specific tool for cutting a jacket to a length? I've seen where a small chop saw of sorts were used, but it would leave burrs I would think, adding a step to deburr. Something that would pinch off the jacket and leave a clean finish?

I have used the ET-2 model before and have one made by a guy in Michigan for a bit less money. They work pretty good and leave a nice pinch trimmed mouth on the jacket, but the material that gets pinched off does stick to the jacket some and needs to be removed so it isn't real fast but gives a good finished jacket.

See the ET-2 section...
