Thumbs up Small Caliber Cartridge Swap - purpose & guidelines

The purpose of the cartridge swap is to provide Saubier.com members with a bank of sub-caliber (UNDER .22 caliber) dummy cartridges for collections, research etc. Board members to send at least 10 dummy rounds. It's OK to mix-n-match. You'll be credited for the same number of cartridges for future trades. Members can then trade what they have sent in for what they need! Current inventory is posted in the forum. Photos of any/all cartridges you have are greatly encouraged.

For everyone's safety and satisfaction, please observe the following:
- Sub-caliber chamberings only.
- NO LIVE ROUNDS, no primers (live or dead) and no powder.
- Brass should be fire-formed and have a new bullet seated
- No split necks or otherwise damaged brass. Stretched primer pockets ok.
- If you can, try to clean the brass but don't get too worried about it.
- Include a note with cartridge names and type of bullet.

Send me a personal message (PM) with what you have available. Shipping instructions will follow!

Enjoy!

Tom

Tom
I'd be glad to send some 19-221 IMP, 20-221 IMP and some 17 Squirrel.
I think most of the others I have would be common enough that any collecting would have ready access.

Default cases for exchange

Tom I'm sending 17 Javelina Imp and 2 shorten versions of it. As soon as the barrel gets here there'll be a 20 Javelina Imp. There'll be some variations on the PPC Imp case in 17,19 and 20. Barrels are done but need to do the brass so they'll be later.

Default Is 22-caliber considered small?

I have some 22 K-Hornet, 22 Squirrel, 22PPC and 22BR brass. Also have 17 Ackley Hornet and 204 Ruger. Have some 17Mach4 brass, but lent my dies and cannot seat bullets right now.
