What would you charge to paint the bottom like in the picture and what type of paint would you be using. I am interested in 1...Thank you.........DAN

paint will not stick worth a hoot to the aluminum unless it is dipped in a solution and I am not set up to do this,,,stem is 1 inch acme thread....
