I was born in Vancouver BC, but long ago chose to live in the Land of the Free. Beautiful country, great folks, but with completely bogus gun laws.
South Pender here lives in Van, he may be able to help you. I'm 8 hours south now.....what's up?

When are you coming to Canada? This coming summer? I can drive down, pick you up and drive back up here, then circle over to Edmonschuck and down to Calgary.
It's a thought. No one coming to BC should miss the drive up to Prince George - nor the drive from Van. over to Calgary.

Always gophers in the summer. They are down after the 24th of August, though.
There are times when they aren't visible due to the hay as well. Hard to plan on that - all weather controlled. Best to come and we'll see what we can do. Being retired helps free up time. Fly Fishing is always good.  Early through mid August was planning on driving down to Montana/Idaho for a visit.
