Default 223 AI feeding Question

I have a 527 Kevlar 223 that I'm thinking of having rechambered to 223 Ackley.
I'm sure that someone has done that modification, so I was wondering how well the 223 Ackley feeds through the 527 clip.

Default 223AI feeding question

Can not help you on a CZ, but in my savage or Reminton actions, the AI feeds the same as the 223 Rem did in either magazine for each rifle. Bill K

Default AI feeding

Ditto on Rem 700. Had one converted 223 AI
It fed fine
Wonder if u could borrow a few dummy cartridges from someone and see how they cycle through the magazine.

May have to bend the magazine feed lips a bit to get it better. Sometimes the factory mags work, sometimes they don't. A lot of times fast cycle bolt = works OK, slow cycle = a mess. Tweaking the feed lips helps the slow cycle feed reliability.

Using some 223 Ackley dummy rounds provided by Bill, I was able to determine that my standard CZ 527223 magazines would feed the Ackley round without issue.
