Default 17 and 20-223 IMP w/ Hybrid H100v?

Just wondering if anyone has given Hodgdon Hybrid H100v powder a try with the 17 and 20-223 IMP?

Looking at the burn rate charts, it’s has a burn rate close to other powders used with these two.

My only experience with H100v is with a 22CM and 80gr JLKs. Accuracy wasn’t there compared to H4350.

Thanks

Hodgdon lists the 17/.223 and .20 tac in their data. The slowest powder listed for the .20T is Varget and it is compressed. Varget is listed 124 on my chart and H100 is listed 145. the slowest powder listed for the .17/.223 is H414 which is 135 on the chart. While you "might" find an accurate low psi load, you won't get nearly the velocity of the powders in the correct burn rate.

This is the chart is was looking at. I don't know how current it is.

I loaded 24gr of Benchmark with a 25gr vmax for a fire forming load in the 17-223 Improved. Rounds 40-45 average 3945 fps.

I am going to shoot 30gr Chan Nagel and researching loads, I came across Vihtavuori N550. According to this burn rate chart, H100v is very close.

Thanks
