Down in Raton New Mexico.....
We took a little trip down south to visit our good friend BJ Eiland.
He is retired now and has straightened out his reloading room a bit. I noticed a set of Hornady dies for the 19 Eiland, guess they still have the drawings for them, now if we can find the reamerI knew he had custom dies made with the reamer by the gunsmith. I never knew he contacted Hornady to have a set of their dies made. He's got a PacNor all ready to go also. BJ's still got his Rampro in 19Eiland,when I get home I'll have to post some pics. Matt

None other than the .222Rem
Bill the 19Eiland is based on the .222 case with a 40 degree shoulder.
It's a lot like the Bobcat series that Kevin Weaver chambers for and also similar to Dans 20 Duster, but 19 caliber. He killed a pd at 507yds with it way back when he and I were trying to get in the 500 yd club.It was up in Wyoming around 2001 I believe. He had a Rampro action and Pac-Nor barrel built into a real good shooter.
