this is the burn rate of the CFE powder,

Looking over the data you had posted, Don, I became even more aware that there's still a lot of information concerning reloading that I know nothing about, and probably never will understand. I'm thankful for a lot of loading manuals and a sense of "keeping it safe," and am not at all sure if I could really use all the available data if I had it before me. More proof that a putz is a putz.

I think it might be a good idea to edit that previous post in some way or another. Jus' sayin'

Hey Don, if that's the worst screw up you ever make, you're still doing really well and ahead of most.

The chart I just looked at showed it listed as #69 and 1680 one step faster at #68. I couldn't find 2200 on the chart.

Can not locate the info now, but read where it is right around H332 and Rl 10 in burn rate. Bill K

What is? 2200 or CFE BLK? I know where 2200 is in my stuff, I'd figure someone had some direct comparison by now. 2200 is a hell of a lot quicker than RL10 or H322 in the 6mm 223 case stuff I've tested it in.

Accurate Powder lists their 2200 the same burn rate as RL7 and Hodgdon lists RL7 #71 on their burn rate chart and CFE BLK #69 so it would appear 2200 is very similar to CFE BLK but a smidge slower.
