Default I have found older parts from

Numerich Arms for a M1908 Colt.A search revealed their website,it’s the same company Kevin mentioned.I bet they might have parts for your Winchester too.
As a matter of fact my 17 Mach 1V that started me down this small caliber rabbit hole so many years ago wears a 40x stock from them.

I checked Numrich late last night and Viola!!...they had them. New reproductions at $4.86 each. Screws are on the way...... I guess I should have started looking there first.

Thanks to everyone.

no need to panic if you can get the screws out with a tight fitting screw driver you can make an anvil by drilling a hole in a steel plate drop the screw in it and pean the screw head down then use a small file to dress it up spin the screw in a drill to polish and a tad of cold blue this works on probbly 90 percent of the boogerd screws i have seen good luck

I already had both screws loosened up when I posted initially. They were salvageable, but the new screws that I bought from Numrich worked great.
