It appears that the ejector plunger rotates to allow the cartridge to enter w/o having to compress the ejector spring. Which is compressed and rotated on either closing or opening of the bolt. It also looks like the extractor is held open to allow the rim to slip behind it and that the magazine has a stop on it that aligns the rim with the opening.

How would one have the ejector plunger rotate when closing the bolt? That seems pretty complex to me. I'm gonna have to dig mine out to look, but I believe its just pinned in.

Time for gun companies to start making Primers so you can afford to shoot the guns that they are selling .

They are spring supported, with no gearing or features behind the ejector, so it does not rotate, just pushed down, when the case is pushed into the chamber and then, as normal shoves back up, when the bolt is worked to kick the cartridge out, after firing.

I knew that over the years here that more than one bolt had been bushed for purposes like creating a Hornet bolt, but I could not remember who had done it. Old Timer Syndrome...

Thanks, L.Sherm..............

I know I have had my local gunsmith bushed some bolt faces for me BCB. And I believe one, at least, on this site does it.
Think it is someone like Carlsbad or such. Someone will know for sure, as he is often mentioned for bolt facing work.

I knew some had done it and I was hoping that they would speak up about their experience.

On the bolt plunger extractor, notice that on my rifle that the stepped down half shows absolutely no bluing wear from cartridge contact, but the top half does.
