Default Ruger 357/77

Don't know if this is new news or not but Ruger has brought out a 77/357 Bolt Action Rifle with 18.5 Inch Barrel . I know there is some interest in these Pewee Cases here . The Rotary Magazine feeds both the 357 and 38 Special Cases .

Default not me but...

It does look like a fun rifle. Too bad not in 'Maximum'!
Should be a nice deer rifle plus one can shoot any pistol bullets of caliber lying around.

Probably needs to be made into a 256 WM.

Default ruger 357

My many experiences with Ruger accuracy will not allow me to buy one.

Default anybody got one yet?

my itch will have to be scratched with a .358 Win barrel on a Ruger 77MarkII, but these new .357 Rugers should be fun, too.

I used to own a NEF Handi rile in .357, it was the most fun to shoot and shot under 2" at 100 yds. I kick myself for selling it. I would think one of these would be a very fun gun. Also good for young deer hunters where the range isn't too far. In a rifle the .357 will be chasing the heels of a 35 Rem. I normally shot 180 - 200 gr rifle bullets in mine. Deer wouldn't know the difference at 50 yds, about how far most deer in the northern part of Michigan are shot.

I agree with Alan in GA. It should have been a maximum.
