Yea like this is the kinda press we need right now.

All preventable my guess. One guy shot himself in the hand while loading his own 1911 in the parking lot. Another shot and wounded 3 people when his shotgun discharged in the show. It tells me there's no safety check table for those bringing firearms into that show. Here, they check your firearm and put a zip tie thru the action before you even enter the exhibit hall.

And you may have noticed, since the shootings in Conn that any and every gun related accident or crime is getting major front page coverage. The news media is certainly doing their part to scare the public into supporting the anti measures that are being proposed/ enacted.

Default Gun Show accidents

Sometime we are our worst enemy. Right now we, as gun owners, need to be extra careful, cautious and safe. It only takes a minute to practice gun safety.. Appearantly there few individuals did not. And yes, right now any gun incident is going to make front page, over and over. Bill K

I've been to Medina and thought about going yesterday.

They always have a table at the front door to inspect all carry in firearms for being loaded.

Considering all of the conspiracies over the latest massacres and the Gov't wanting to deal with gunshows.... do you all think these are truly accidents? I'm not American but I feel for you guys. You have a big fight on your hands.

It would not surprise me if the anti-gun crowd would somehow try to sabotage gun shows acrossed the US just to try and get them banned. I would like to think they wouldn't attempt to physically hurt someone while doing it though.
