Was unable to get a reply from HPB at least a year ago.

My question is whose die set did he use to form .17 Remington from 5.56?
He claimed it was dimensionally correct, no turn.

Is High Plains Brass the outfit that was making 17 FB and 17 Remington brass from 5.56 Nato (LC?), selling also on Gunbroker, or am I confusing them with another entity?

Yes, High Plains Brass also sold on Gunbroker in the past.
Don't think they have been active for at least a year and a half or so.
