Default Howa mini 223 BARREL WRENCH

I have a new Howa Mini 223 that I would like to put a remage barrel on. I need an action wrench. I have read that a Rem. 700 wrench will work. I measured the Mini receiver at 1.172. Isn't the 700 1.355?

Where did you read that? I don't see how a r700 wrench would work on a mini.

The mini has an integrated recoil lug. I use a big crescent wrench with scraps of soft aluminum. The mini barrels are not too hard to get off. The regular howa 1500 barrels are RFT.
