I do not know or never even seen Hornady Match 45gr SP. I have 4 Hornets, and I would try either AA1680 or WW680 if you can find it somewhere there. I do like both the Hornady and the Sierra Hornet specific 45gr bullets. Don't shoot much factory ammo, but my rifles do like the old Winchester silver box 22 Hornet with he 46gr SP or HP bullets, and I believe WW made the bullets themselves.

Have you tried using Small pistol primers. I load 12.6 Lil"gun in WW cases, 40 grain Vmax or BK and Fed SP primers. I have used this load in literally dozens of 22 hornets, never had one that wouldn't shoot it under 1". I have two, a CZ and a Browning that will hold .35 MOA to 300 yards with that load.

Not really what you asked for, but I've had really good results with the Sierra 40gr HP bullets behind most any powder I've tried.

Give the 40 grain Blitzking a try. They do about 3100 fps and I have found them and the VMax very accurate in the Hornets, much better than the 45 and 50 grain Hornady and Sierra bullets I also tried. All of my Hornets are 1:16 twist so that may have an impact on why they like the 40 grain bullets.

If you can find some Alliant 300MP I would give it a try.
The load for my M77/22 sporter is:

40 gr Nosler Varmigeddon
12.3 gr MP-300
Fed 100 primer
R-P Case
2863 fps
1.760" LOA

4198 works well with it. Not the highest velocities, but good accuracy.
With the 45g 10.5-11.5g
