I don't have a prism sight yet, but that's the plan. Looking hard at the Burris 3X. It's under 1lb. , and I am happy with light gathering with both of my Burris scopes. The whole deal of transporting an sbr is insane. Hopefully when it warms up, I will get some range time in with my pistol.

I've been shooting the Burris 332 (3x) for +10 years. It is robust and great price value. I used it for shooting 3Gun. I have a eye stigmatism so Eotech is a waste. I even prefer a prism 1x (Vortex Spitfire) over a red dot because it still works even with dead battery.., the etched glass is like shooting peeps sights.

Just keep in mind the BDC is set for 223/5.56 and not 300BO.

Not worried about bdc with a pistol. I will shoot at 25, 50 and 75. The 7.62x39 will go with, just not in the brier patch.

This just showed up in my Inbox - Primary Arms has a new 2x Prism Scope with BDC for 300 Blackout/7.62x39 glass reticle

https://www.primaryarms.com/primary-...15_GLxPreOrder

Primary Arms headquarters is just a couple of miles away from my house. When I want/need an economic optic for a AR under $500 then PA usually gets the shot. They make quality products for reasonable prices.

Wow! 11oz. and 3.5" eye relief compared to 2.5"! Thanks for the info. That would be a perfect match.
