.20-.223ai
FYI-Chrono'ed the 39 gr. Sierra BK in formed cases for the first time. 4144 fps MV average for ten rounds! Sub 1/2 MOA accuracy from the 28" 8.5tw 3 groove PacNor tube. Easy extraction and primers looked great! Shot a 7 1/2 lb. Chuck tonight at 86 yards with it and no exit. I didn't do an autopsy but can only imagine massive internal trauma!

powder?
MrMajestic; I have a 20-223 AI 40* did the 40* just to stabilize the brass, when you load hundreds of them for P dog shooting, the less trimming the better. I load about the same as before the 40* doesn't punish brass much at all. One of the best 20's I've done.
What powder do you use ? sgtg out |

Those are some very impressive numbers Mr. M ! Even with the fast twist tube, no less. Hard to beat that.

sgtg, I run H4895 for the 39 grain(fire-forming and formed) and Reloader 17 for the Berger 55 grain in formed cases. Running those at 3640 fps and haven't lost any cases due to loose primer pockets with either load yet. Probably got 4-5 reloads on them anyway. Sure wish the Bergers expanded quicker because they really beat the BK's when the ranges extend past 500 or the wind picks up.
