I have a number of Predator/Varminter rifles but no synthetics. Had one for a little while in 20TAC but traded it for a wood stock 20VT which I have rebarreled into 20-221AI. The synthetic was a nice rifle except I'm not in love with the monte carlo. Don't know who made them but Dakota put a $500 or so premium on them over the wood stock versions so must be a top of the line manufacturer. Not much help I'm afraid. Why are you concerned with manufacturing dates?

Probably best to contact Dakota Arms and check via them.

Would they happen to be HS precision stocks?
HS is in Rapid City. Hal |

Dakota Arms has been bought out by two individuals after the Remington bankruptcy. The new name is Parkwest Arms and they are still in Sturgis and still have most of the original employees. I believe if you call the old Dakota number it will ring into them. I think there is another composite stock maker in Rapid City that is not that well know that made the stocks for them, not HS. Hope this helps
