If you look at the stickie at the top of the Load Data Forum here on Saubier forum the complete process, and more info than you would ever need, is posted for how to form brass with regular dies. I have formed the brass with one pass through a Hornady full length sizer dies but it is much easier if you pass it through the seating die first to get the initial neck size reduction then the FL die.

The bullberry forming die is nothing special. It's just a length of 7/8"x14 threaded rod with the ends faced flat. The ends are center drilled to give a 60 degree chamfer and the hole for the neck is drilled for a 20 cal neck on one end & 17 cal neck on the other.

I use mine to make 17 ackley hornet.
You really need to anneal the cases after forming if you want them to last.

A local machinist could make one up for you easily. Very easily if you can find a 7/8"x14 threaded rod.

Regards,
Ron

I bet it's drilled and reamed based on the finish inside mine. Still not tough to make if you have the right tools. Since buying a lathe I made a set of case forming dies like Butch Lambert used to sell. Took a little time, but pretty cheap and I can make most anything with them. Bit more learning curve to using them vs dedicated forming dies.
