Default RIP Richard "Dick" Kohles

This is late but after seeing Dick’s name come up in another thread, I was curious about how he was doing. After doing a google search I found that he passed away in 2015. Dick Kohles was a great guy to those who know him, may he RIP.

I would stop in to see Dick and since he was pretty much bed bound and his wife wasn’t at home when I stopped so he told me on the phone to just walk in the front door and I would make my way to the bedroom to visit. Then he’d have me go to the garage to get something to show me.

I couldn’t afford much from 2012 to 2014 so didnt buy any of his guns that he was selling, one of those things you later wish you would have.

Link to the original thread where some of his pride and joy rifles were being resold and brought his name to my attention.

Dick also knew my sister in law’s father (another retired police officer) who I very much enjoyed visiting with.
