My good friend Alex asked me to start a thread where everyone fesses up to their age?

Alex has been a close friend for a long time and he's never asked me for nothing. He's taught me a lot I owe him for though so how could I say no. This is an off-shoot from the thread thanking the moderators. So I'll shoot first and hopefully everyone will chime in.

Ok fellas in years I'm only 70 for a bit yet but they was "Hard Years", like "REALLY" Hard miles on a car. I can't believe I just typed "I'm "ONLY" 70 for a bit yet and thought nothing of it. When I was 20 years old 40 year olds looked like Geezers and I was sure I'd never make it to there, now 40 is a real fond memory of the past, from what I remember of it anyway.
Came a point you'd see a nice 40 year old lady and you'd think "she looks like a friend of my Mom's". Some years later ya see the same kinda nice 40 year old lady and ya go, "HMMM, wowzers" . Now ya see one a the same and ya just say, "Ma'am, would you happen to you know where the rest room in this place is? " Yup, life is all about change like it or not.
