No magic words, just adding another "God bless you Steve and family".

So sorry that Steve had to go this way, we will miss him and his wisdom on these pages.

Candi, you have done what so many warrior's wives have done, and that is care for you man until the very end. There has to be a special place in heaven for ladies like you.

So Steve I wish you safe travels and golden tomorrows, you have "done good" in this world. Thank you for helping so many children being introduced to shooting and the love of the outdoors.

From one veteran to another, I humbly salute you, your family and all your friends. Carry on Sir.

Lowell

To all...I've made this thread a sticky temporarily. I know Stevo meant a lot to many of us here and I didn't want the post to fall down several pages and get lost. I wanted to keep it on the top, in case some folks who don't frequent the board missed it. I will let it here a few weeks, then move it to the "tribute" forum where it rightly belongs.

In the meantime, feel free to continue to post. If you have any photos, etc. for the family, as requested, I encourage you to post them here. I've done a search of his posts and the dreaded photobucket lock-out seems to have all of his pictures he posted pulled down.

Thank you.

So sad to hear of Steve's passing but also very heart warming to read the post of his family's plan to carry on his legacy. Rest in peace Stevo.

Default Stevo

So sorry to hear of his passing and may our Lord take him inder his arm and give him eternal peace and happiness. Living in severe pain is a horrible thing to go through and words just dont express it. For those of us who know Gods strength we know Steve is in a far better place. May God Bless his family and give them the strength as well to deal with his passing. Life's is just a mear blink of an eye but heaven is forever and pain free. Will continue to keep his family in my prayers.
