Apparently I知 to old to buy guns
Just bought a contender 44 mag vent rib... and then found out I already had one identical to it.

Thanks GW, I feel better now .
I discovered how well N540 worked pushing 40 V-Max's to Warp speed in my .20 Dasher, that would be the one I seldom shoot. Sometime later I was placing a Powder Valley order with a friend and my memory worked well enough to remind me to get an 8lb'er of N540 but didn't work well enough to remind me I already had . Yepper, still got about 15lbs+ of it all these years later. Did I mention I don't shoot it much ?

I haven’t thought about it yet but probably will consider selling one? Send me a t-message. My first thought was what can I make. But then I took the 22 CCM barrel off and installed my identical twin and shot two 240 gr bullets through it... I was really thinking what was I thinking? My joints don’t like this nearly as much as the CCM! Lol
Doug, just don’t screw up the third time on that powder lol I forgot to mention that I also have a ported 44 mag octagon barrel. I’m afraid to look anymore https://www.gunbroker.com/item/760951488

Gary/Doug etc:
One thing you can be sure of. prices and availability won't be any cheaper/easier in the future. The day I dropped into Powder Valley and left 'em with over $900 and me with a trunk full of powder jugs I thought I was nuts. Then the last several years seeing the price's nearly double. Sure do wish they'd had a better stock of primers as I'd intended to buy up 5000 of just about each size made that day also. As it was, I ONLY bought 20,000 SR's. Think I've gotten into the 2nd 1000. Did you know they're boxed 5000 per box? Handy size. Half seems like the powder was around $119/8lbs, and primers: $11/1000. The sad part was Foxhunter didn't want any when he had the chance. Sorry Bob! Don't YOU wish now???

You are NOT alone! I went on a powder buying spree and ordered an eight pound jug of powder for a rifle I use once a year and had three pound jugs of it sitting in the storage cabinet! DOH!
