Just got off the phone with Graf. My order is enroute! Remember guys, Berger is only doing one production run per year and you can pre-order from Graff.

What kind of velocity and barrel length are people using? I have a 204 Ruger with a 1:8 and wondered what to expect.

Depending on the powder you use and your rifle's likings. You should be in and around the 3200 FPS range.

Where did you hear this? Just asking, not being confrontational. Trying to decide how many is enough to be sitting on.

Well that is awesome. When I talked to Berger they would not confirm that they would run the bullet annually. If that is the case it may alleviate having the financial burden of hoarding several thousand. I am not a Berger fan boy just turns out they are one of the bullet makers we can get in Canada that tend to make heavy for caliber bullets.

Got my 1000 rounds in yesterdays mail.
Currently shooting Berger 50gr @ 3700 fps in 20BR IMPROVED 40deg. x 24 in. 1:9 custom varmint barrel. Single shot BAT. I expect pet load @ 3500 - 3575 fps with these 55's, if they stabilize … hoping...wishing... |
