I've seen on some sites they welcome new residents, but want you to leave your politics behind. Apparently the new residents need to re-build their adopted home as like the place they fled from.

If you move in, start by unloading your gun safes and your cases of ammo! It will get you get you off to a good start. A Hillery for prison bumper sticker would not hurt either.

One of the reasons we are leaving Washington is the politics, we fit in pretty well with the people in Wyoming that way. Both the car and the pickup are 4x4s, My metal lathe, milling machine, 450 lb anvil, 2x72" belt grinder, gun safes, reloading supplies, well used saddles and high-lift jack should at least get me in the door. I was born there, the wife and I have very deep pioneer roots in the state and I shoot prairie dogs and coyotes. We will have an open door for the folks on this site. I have learned from and shared much with you all.

Lowell:

Not only that, you've taught a whole bunch of us a lot too.

Hope this works great for you folks.

I am south east of Gillette, buy a couple hundred miles but that's nothing for us. Where Im at we drive a 100 miles to go out to dinner. Heck, the closest Wal-Mart is 75 miles. Gillette has quite a shooting community, I have several friends there that shoot almost anything you can think of. Several good gun shops. Good luck with the move.

Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We will be there by early summer. I will keep everyone apprised of where we will be and how to get ahold of us. We are looking forward to meeting as many of you as we can.

Everyone have a wonderful Christmas.

Lowell and Ardis
