Here's a true story again from my BTDT files.

Had a gal move in to help hold the fort and keep the place shoveled out.
I told her flat out first thing: "NO DRUGS, NO POT I don't care if it is legal here now, don't do it on my place or out you go". Agreement signed and in writing, she couldn't deny it. Can't be much plainer than that.

One nice sunny day I saw her go by the front window and out of sight to the N side of the house. i had the swamp cooler blowing from that side. Never gave a thought and had never heard of Skunk Pot.

All at once the house filled with Skunk stink real strong. Knowing the only time skunks are out mid day is rabid one's.

I grabbed .17M2 and ran out that way and we just about ran into each other.
WTH? "what are you doing over here?' "Smoking" "did you see that skunk?"
"no that was my smoke" "What kind of smoke?" "pot" "Get in there and pack up your belongings then!

"FU EVICT ME!!" Ahh I like a challenge! She was gone by noon the next day.

Anyway, that's how I learned about Skunk Cabbage Pot.

B.C. BUD - swear there is now a herd of skunks, all around the city - yet they are a rare animal here - very few.

Yes - horrid stink, to me - hate it. If coming from a skunk - well that's nature, but from smoke - we hates it.
A user doesn't even have to smoke it in the house. Their clothes hanging in the closet will stink up your house and just try to evict the assholes! Doesn't happen here - unless you have a signed waver & then the "courts" will side with the tenant because it is now legal. Bastards! - or words to that effect.
