Default I have an itch

that just wont go away, 25 calibre. I would like to make a 25x47Lapua, I have been told that someone on here has been down this path, I have tried searching, but it seems that I don't speak the same language as the search function. Could someone point me in the right direction please.

Can't help with 25 caliber info. However, I have had better luck searching this site through Google. As in going to Google and searching under "25 caliber and saubier.com". HTH's

Smile I have an itch

Sir , I have tried to work out a load for this rifle which would be both fur friendly & rabbit carcass compatible - alas I'm sorry but unable to help. As a suggestion perhaps some calamine lotion & or ItchGone put out by Aspen Pharmacare,Australia Down Under. Do hope this helps.

Barry, there was an old saying when I was serving in the Navy, it was something along the lines of, "Don't call me Sir, I work for a living".
Your advice is duly noted, then discarded my good friend. I think that you are being selfish and only thinking of stopping the fox skins with big holes in them.
If that lotions that you recommend will get rid of "New Rifle Build Itch", I suggest you not take out shares in the company, I cant think of any reason that they would find sales for the product.
Good to hear from you old fella.

i did it on Browning B78. Handles great got close to same velocity as my .257 ackley with less powder. case forming is simple. but the 40 degree shoulder makes feeding in a magazine somewhat an issue. some will some wont.

Thanks mate, I have two actions to choose from, a Brno 601 that is now 308, and a Tikka M55 that is 243. I am thinking the 308 will get used as I detest detachable magazines and reckon the Brno should feed the alright and is a nicer handling rifle for hunting on foot situations.

I have a rem 700 in 260 ack with the 40 deg shoulder and I use the his presion dBm. Its a single stack centerfeed style mag system. Pricey but made from stainless and is very durable. Feeds like a dream may work for this case. Just a thought.
