The 19 Badger is an awesome round. I came up with that 19 variant back in the early 90's while shooting Richardson Ground Squirrels in MT with Calhoon. There's a reason it was call ed the Badger. I was setting on fresh dug dirt for comfort and old Jim came up behind and said, "you are either the dumbest or the baddest SOB I've ever met. You know that Badger is only inches away from your nuts and you still shooting without missing a shot!" (oh yes, I was stupid alright. The ole Badger went back down the his hole, and I moved far away.) I now chamber the 20 Badger.

The 20 VT is several hundred fps faster but want feed thru a converted 30 M1 carbine. The 20 Badger is a great little 12" barrel T/C round. Given one over the other the 20 VT wins out.

Its bittersweet to see this rifle has been sold. It's been on my mind for well over a week. And I've went back and forth on weather or not to purchase it. I had made up my mind if you still had it next week I'd be sending money. I have too many to shoot right now anyways so it's probably a good thing I didn't snag it up. I hope the new owner really enjoys it. That was a killer deal for sure!!!
