Default Just wanna say thanks from the Mods

I assume Alex feels the same way...

Just wanted you all to know how thankful we are for a great group of guys we have here. I visit other forums frequently. Some hunting/shooting, and other non-shooting forums. Those sites are a bit more active than ours, larger number of folks, more traffic. The mods have their hands full. Constant bickering, pissing and moaning, etc. Guys out of hand. You get the point. But this forum basically runs itself. We barely have to do anything here. Once in awhile clean up the classifieds and get new members signed in to post.

So thanks for keeping this board the way it is!

Good shooting

Charlie

Thank you for that, and thank you for what the mods do to keep this site that way. Bill K

This has always been a good forum. And it's pretty active, really.

I don't post much, almost all I do anymore is hunt coyote (but mostly with small caliber!) and I haven't built a new rifle in years, but I still check in almost daily. More relevant content gets posted and discussed here on little old Saubier than some of the much larger sites that get a ton of posts but it's almost all of no interest to me. In terms of posts I find worth reading Saubier doesn't take a back seat to anyone in my opinion .

This is one of the very few sites left where polite disagreements may occasionally occur, but all in all one of the best out there...……..

Not only all these good points.

BUT: It seems like we all care about each other.
You guys don't know what it means to me going thru
all this bad health stuff the last 6 years and get on here
and find so many have been keeping track of how I've been
doing thru a few others posting. Like Rider, foxhunter223
and such.
Thank you all for caring.

Default I really appreciate this site...

It has always been a great site since the beginning, like Bill said we all appreciate the mods too. Lots not forget some of the greats that made this site so special
that have passed on too.Like DAA said we have slowed a bit,but perhaps as we continue on with new projects and nurture new shooters we can gain back some of the luster in this wonderful site that will always remain the best in my mind.

I absolutely agree. Good knowledge, information sharing and helpfulness for and by the members. It works as a tool, and not a gossip-filled Facebook or social media APP.
