All of the ones in the photo are Taliban......... Their turbans and their other garb fell off from bullet impact.............. You can see it happening if you watch the video closely.

That picture was in fact taken in Afchuckistan, a very short hop from the exact spot that was used to create such hysteria.

I remember the hysteria. ....

One Web site titled, "Sgt Bubbys Military Kill Web Site" or sometbing like that told me that it was indeed video of sniper kills with a 50 call rifle because his bill was a scout observer when it happened. And a geologist friend had confirmed that the rock terrain in the video was only found in Afghan.

I sent him a link to your video and told him I knew the "sniper".....

He must have been crushed when he had to remove the video.

I prefer a mono stick.

Not as steady I am sure, but less to drag around.

Do to health reasons, I always have a chair, four wheeler or some support.

I usually pick up a stick in my hunting area.

I collected my venison, winter before last my stick was at least 8 or 10'.

I stood on the four wheeler and used the long pole to shoot over the

surrounding brush. Kenny

I've used shooting sticks, bog gear, bipods, and tripods. If your not gonna lay down the tripod with a pig saddle is super steady. I don't have nearly as good of a tripod as DAA but I couldn't believe how stable it was even when standing up. The PRS crowd seems to like shooting off them too.

My oldest son can lay all day on a shooting mat and shoot pd's over a short tripod. It works extremely well for him.

I like to get up from a portable field shooting bench and wander around some, so a a light portable bi-pod helps in that situation.
