I don't own one. Closet thing I have to it is a 17/223. My goal for 2017 is to own a CZ in 17FB LOL. I say buy it you won't be sorry. Has to be a great Fox caliber. Little hole in and nothing out the back.

What are the specs on that rifle Harmon? Looks very close to the next build that has been bouncing around in my head.

It is a McMillan MTN rifle stock in Rhino Artic camo
Lilja #3 contour SS 1-9 threaded with a grunt mini suppressor
Jewel trigger 2 1/2lbs

That would be the largest barrel you could go with that stock. I really am a fan of the style stock, I have always liked it.

I have been planning the exact same build, only difference being the barrel contour. I was going to go with a Lilja in the Remington KS contour which is probably going to be just a tad bit slimmer than the lilja #3.

I would like to try a 17FB but I am nervous about the feeding. I have a 20 Vartarg on that action and it works beautifully. 17 Rem would be the safe bet. Anyway, nice rifle you have there, looks just like I envisioned it in my head.

Not had a Predator, but, had 3 model 7s in 17FB.
used 25 and 30 Bergers on fox and thought sometimes they killed better than 17 Rem. because of slightly slower velocity. Didn't have any splashes like I got with 17 Rem. Very happy with performance on critters up to fox size.
Ken.
Ps. Had a 19 FBI and that was better.

yea sorry about the sidetrack. The Rem Predator Model 7 in 17FB is a very nice little package and becoming hard to find. I would grab it, especially if the price is right.
