DIP makes a rail for the 527’s, I used one. Nice product.

What - a 3x9. You're in PD country, use at least 4.5 x 14. You want to see those hits

Wow, well some folks who actually know finally won out, there are a lot of good 16mm rings out there, find the ones that work for you. I've owned an even dozen 527's and still have 8. Mostly Burris and Warne vertical split rings on mine but I've tried most all of them. Never saw the need to add a rail to one but I'm not much on extra pieces just for the heck of it.

Excellent photo David S....shows the options well.
