Who to rebarrel a CZ 527 to 17 Fireball?
I have a CZ 527 which I want to rebarrel to 17 Fireball. Who would you use and why? I want a stainless steel barrel which would match the factory contour and finish at 23" or 24". I don't want to wait 6 months and I don't want to spend a bunch either.

Probably PacNor. They do good work for a reasonable price and their turn around time is generally fairly short.

If you don't have a decent gunsmith in your local area to talk too and see what they can do for you.
Then try a phone call to Pacnor in Oregon. |

Since you're in Virginia I'd put a call in to Douglas barrels, they're in WV, and see if they can get you setup with what you're looking for.
PacNor and Benchmark barrel are both very good as well but they're out here on the West Coast. Not that it's a must but I always prefer to use someone more local if it's possible. |

To the best of my knowledge, Benchmark does not make 17 caliber barrels. You won’t go wrong choosing PacNor. I haven’t used them, but almost everyone I know has.
