I'm just gonna shoot this brass and see what happens .... maybe I'll have some for sale ...

If the Lapua route does not deliver, make your VT cases from LC .223/5.56 brass. It's tough and, once uniformed it is pretty darn consistent. I can email a 'step-by-step' if you are curious. Might just as well give that new K&M turner a proper workout!

Default 20 VT brass from Lapua .221

That is a nice set up and looks easy enough to build. Or you could just purchase one of the small chop saw outfits at Harbor Freight, if you are not a builder. Bill K

If the locking surfaces on your bolt lugs start to gall, it's TOO much.

Thats exactly what I have Bill and I set it up so I have a stop to butt the cases up against for the length I want to cut.
