This spate of bad news just grows and grows. In addition to the losses of forum friends/family members, the friend who was my best man when my wife and I married just lost his wife, and over the weekend a friend I worked with at a service station back in the late 60s/early 70s went home as well.

Lots of material for prayers these days...

Wow Doug. Double whammy for you folks.

Dad used to say: "The longer you live, the fewer friends and family you'll
have because they seem to die off way too often".

Getting where i"m gunshy about getting on here everyday.
Seems like more folks are suffering or gone for good.

Hopefully it will slow down real soon. Just do your best to hang in there.
Not much else we can do other than share in the grief with others.
