Get on Shark Tank, if I was smart enough to make something like this, I sure would. Congrats!

Hope you get that out there soon. It would be a huge hit in B.C.. They have tons of Beetle kill wood that they can do basically nothing with. This would make heating a viable use for it.

Congrats and a great invention, hope it pays off big for you.

Good for you Bill.

Though I thought all we need to use out here to burn such
tree's was a match, or toss a smoke out the window.
That's all they do in CALI!!

Hope you get to be one of those rich SOB's in time to enjoy it
while you're still young enough.

Default OK Bill....

I tried to read all that tech stuff in your post...my eyes glazed over(don't worry, not unusual, happens a lot here). So I went to your link, hmmm....more tech stuff, scrolled down to the picture, now that's what I'm talking about, a pic.

So, it's an end table with a built in beer coozie in the middle. Where do I order?

ps...I liked the mouse trap better!

Your buddy in Texas.

Thanks to all of you for the Kudos! And, comments on improvements (exp. you Chuck!).

many of you know the last almost 2 years, have been intense for me to finish this wood burner in record time! Most appliances take several years of development and more in testing and retesting.

This design has been in my mind for years, and with our Oil & Gas industry sinking to new lows, I decided to shift from the products we sell to them, and get the Caldera Fire done!

The name honors our local catastrophic potential in the Yellowstone Caldera, that is said to be close to eruption! When that happens, Cath & I will have a bottle of wine and sit on the deck to watch the "Fireworks" of the Brimstone Ending!

The strongest part of a patent, is the "patent pending" stage! Takes upwards of 2-3 years for submitted utility patents to be reviewed. The patent is not made public until issued, so patent pending gives declared protection while waiting for issue. You can look at a product, but the intricacies are not made know till after Patent issue....This is why so many (Drug Co., Electronics, etc.)
prolong patent pending as long as possible.

Also, the patent protection time of 17+ years, does not start until actual issue. This adds time to the protection without revealing the actual proprietary part of the patent...

Thought I would/could slow down after all this, but does not look likely!

Just wanted to share this and it shows why I was not posting much recently!

If I could figure out posting pics and videos, I would do it...may savvy one could pm me email and I will send to them to post for me...

Bill
