Just for a reality check before I cut threads, I picked up a 3/4-16 nut and bolt today. The nut spun on the barrel and the bolt screwed into the receiver nice, so they are really threaded 3/4-16 for sure. Larry

Today I made up a reamer and cut the chamber. I used a .180 chucking reamer that I ground down and put a bore size pilot on, cut the neck, then make a "D" dreamer for the shoulder and body. If you have never tried one, they are great little items, dead simple, just machine it to the size and shape you want, cut away a little over half of it and temper it, I use water hard drill rod. Best thing about them is they never chatter, must just be the nature of the beast. Larry

And I threaded and headspaced the barrel today.
