Hopefully someone will have enough extra 'ready to go ' brass to get you started. One thing is for sure, it is an awesome, awesome cartridge! If it helps, I can email you the steps I use to form it. Send me a PM if interested.

Jud96, Formed a 20VT case from Nosler 221FB brass and seated a 32gr. Nosler flat base HP Varmageddon. The loaded outside neck diameter measured with a micrometer was .2313 which is two or three thousands larger than you would want for your .232 nk chamber.

I have 2 20VT's and have formed a lot of brass from LC, R-P, FC and Nosler. All
have had to be neck turned to be safe in a .232 neck. Neck turned to .012 to give
me a .228 loaded round. Added benefits are even neck tension and improved accuracy.
