Won't effect me as it's not available in the UK, that I'm aware of.
Ken. Ps. I thought SC was for Short Cut, what does SSC stand for?

Interesting the means of disposal.
In the first 20-25 years of my Law Enforcement career the recommended render safe means for confiscated fireworks and gun powders was to immerse them in a bucket of water. The last 10 to 15 years a strong warning was issued that immersion should never be used as it could create an even more volatile mixture.

We either wet, as flyer says, or just poured it onto a lawn, makes good fertilizer. Bill K.
