Yes it is. I have a 20 cal, 6mm and a 25 cal. I know of a few other guys shooting them in 30’s, 7’s and 6.5’s all with great luck

The Rock Creek I bought here on a Saubier group buy many years back has been one of the best shooting 20s I’ve ever owned. Not a 9 twist but it’s an absolute hummer for a 20VT

Can you tell us more about the KS barrel? Are they cut or button? They're pricey! Can you tell us a little more about their accuracy? TIA

I have Lilja barrels for both a 20 Vartarg and 20 Tactical and am very pleased with them.
